CCMA encourages all students to participate in athletic activities as it aides in developing a well-rounded individual with skills in leadership, teamwork, initiative, competition, endurance, and good judgment. The purpose of athletics at CCMA is to promote the physical, mental, moral, social, and emotional well-being of the team's individual players. The athletic staff is committed to the emphasis of proper ideals of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, spiritual development, and fair play. An interscholastic sports program is available to all students registered in grades 7-12 at CCMA. All other grades have intramural sports and physical education on campus. CCMA Middle and High school athletes compete with teams from area schools in volleyball, basketball, and football.
The girls middle school, junior varsity, and varsity teams are coached by Raymond Thomas and Patience Anderson. Visit the volleyball page to attain more information, see team stats, pictures and videos.
